Run A Food Drive

Class, Neighbourhood, Business, Church, etc.

Food drives are a great way to make a difference in ending hunger and to give back to your community. Anyone can run a food drive, at any time of year, and no amount is too small.

Are you interested in running a food drive? Check out this handy guide on How to Run A Food Drive, or check out our Most Needed Items List.

Looking to get started on your food drive? We’re happy to help! Let us know about your food drive by emailing Siobhan at sbonisteel@cambridgefoodbank.on.ca or by filling out the form below. We will get in touch with you to arrange drop off or pick up for larger donations.

Healthy Food Choices

We work hard to present the healthiest food options for our community as we can. We welcome you to take a look at this document created by the Region of Waterloo’s Public Health Department: Better Food to Buy.

In this document, you will find an extensive list of non-perishable products that are recommended as healthy options for your donations. Also, don’t forget that we love to receive fresh foods such as fruits and vegetables!
